- Determine delivery method.
- Design Bid Build (DBB)
- General Contractor/Construction Manager (GCCM)
- Progressive Design Build (PDB)
- Develop RFQ schedule.
- Complete and send Exposure Checklist form to Risk Management.
- Develop selection committee, packet and advertisement.
- Receive submittals, evaluate and score.
- Interview and score finalists.
- Update eBuilder status of Design firm for external consultant.
- Proceed to Consultant Contracting.
Interviews
Conduct interviews and score the teams.
Review selected team with management and others as required.
Call teams and notify of selection.
Send notification letters out via email to both successful and unsuccessful candidates.
