2023-25 Capital Budget | Facilities Development & Operations

The Capital Planning and Advisory Committee, Sub-Committees, Working Group and Vice Presidents met to discuss the 2023-2025 Capital Request and Ten-Year Capital Plan. The 2023-2025 Capital Request and Ten-Year Capital Plan was approved by the Board at the June 2022 meeting. The Capital Plan includes major (over $10 million), intermediate ($2 million to $10 million), and minor works ($25,000 to $2 million) preservation and programmatic projects.

Projects seeking State funding are included in the 2023-33 Capital Plan (see link below), which includes both the 2023-2025 Capital Request and Ten-Year Capital Plan. Project proposals associated with the Capital Request (see links below) were submitted to the Office of Financial Management (OFM) in August 2022 and the Ten-Year Capital Plan was submitted to OFM in September 2022.
