Internal Close-outs
Final certificate triggers Capital Budget Office close-out process in e-Builder.
Capital Budget prepares lien notice advertisement and submits for publication.
Date of project completion is the date the Director signs the Final Completion certificate.
Send memo to Lockshop to pull keys except one-year warranty set.
Close AiM assist:
- Review phases.
- Work with supervisors to complete and close.
- Notify FM Fiscal Specialist Supervisor and Capital Budget Office the work order is ready to close.
