Schematic Design

  1. Change status in eBuilder to "design."
  2. Do State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) checklist if required.
  3. Plan for needed analysis and certification.
  4. Determine scope.
  5. Consult with stakeholders.
  6. Establish schedule.
  7. Develop budget.

Return to PW Procedures

Schedule

Identify long-lead or hard to procure items that impact schedule.

Send Design Review comments to Design team for responses.

Formally inform consultant to proceed to Design Development.
