PW774 - Coast Salish Longhouse RFQ

Response Date:  3:00 PM PST, Bellingham WA local time, February 10, 2022

Qualifications will be received by Western Washington University from firms interested in providing Progressive-Design-Build services for the Coast Salish Longhouse project.

Services are to include:  geotechnical, surveying, regulation compliance, program verification, cost estimating, design and construction.

Firms must have an established record of excellence in: progressive-design build, cost management, designing and constructing tribe facilities, sustainability, working with diverse populations and tribes, and employment of OMWBE certified subconsultants.  

At the discretion of the University, firms that are not physically located in the State of Washington will be required to affiliate with a qualified, in-state firm acceptable to the University.

The GMP for progressive design services for this project is approximately $3,650,000.
