• Generate meeting agenda template
• Provide emergency packet to contractor to hang in job shack
• Provide Children Public Works Briefing handout 

Instruct contractor to provide the following at or shortly after the pre-construction meeting:

• List of subcontractors and suppliers
• Emergency contact form
• Contacts list memo
• Construction schedule
• Schedule of values
• Site-specific safety plan
