Design & Remodel Services
Capital Planning and Development provides architectural, engineering, and interior design services for the majority of construction projects on campus.
CPD staff manage all large public works projects on campus, utilizing in-house professionals or outside consultants and contractors.
Design services for small projects are provided by the in-house design team or by subcontractors and include:
- Exploration of existing building and code limitations to implement project plan
- Creation of permit and construction drawings
- Utilization of historical data and knowledge of building systems and codes to achieve the plan within budget
