Capital Budget Administration

Capital Budget Services include the development and coordination of University-level capital budget policies and procedures, including:

• Capital budget request 
• Capital allocation plan and expenditure control
• Integration of capital planning with the University's Comprehensive Master Plan process
• Fiscal administration of University public works projects
• Representing the University to State executive and legislative staff on capital budget processes and policy issues
• Interpreting State policies and legislation related to the budget
• Coordinating University responses to inquiries from State legislative, advisory and executive offices
